Upload a CSV or Excel bank export for the fastest, most reliable results. CashflowReviewer classifies every transaction, separates revenue from transfers and financing activity, identifies recurring obligations, highlights risk signals, and produces a defensible cashflow underwrite. PDF statement parsing is available in beta and stays subject to reconciliation and underwriter review.
Replace repetitive transaction review with one consistent workflow. CashflowReviewer organizes the bank activity, applies your classification rules, surfaces the cashflow and risk evidence, and keeps every imported result reviewable.
Use a CSV or Excel export for the preferred, fastest path. PDF statement parsing is in beta; every PDF import keeps its reconciliation result and review status visible.
Our sealed classifier tags revenue, transfers, financing activity, recurring payments, NSFs, fees, collections, and other underwriting categories — while your organization’s rules stay in control.
See revenue trends, recurring obligations, cashflow pressure, negative days, risk signals, and the supporting transactions behind every conclusion.
Finds repeated payments, groups related counterparties, measures payment cadence, and exposes the transactions supporting each detected obligation.
Separates business revenue from transfers, financing proceeds, and noise — then shows monthly trends, recurring payment burden, and cashflow pressure.
An A–F grade with the reasons behind it — negative days, NSFs, collections, stacking, and revenue trend, all weighted.
Every statement shows a reconciliation result based on running balances and printed totals. Weak or unfamiliar imports stay visibly flagged for review before underwriting.
The classification model runs entirely on our servers. A statement goes up, numbers come back — the model never touches a browser.
Invite your whole desk. The team leader is free; every other active member or pending invitation is $25/month. Everyone shares one deal dashboard, credit pool, and set of house rules — separated from every other firm.
Choose 500, 2,500, or 7,500+ monthly statement credits. Team leaders can share the pool or set billing-cycle limits per teammate. Purchased top-ups never expire; edits and re-runs remain free.
Connect your firm's Anthropic (Claude) key for AI review and pricing suggestions that learn from your team's deals and offers. Account-level views remain permission-controlled; submitted data may also be retained and used internally to train, test, and improve CashflowReviewer as described in the Privacy Policy.
Out of the box, the engine classifies every transaction for you — accounts receivable (AR), card processing, collections, NSFs, inter-account transfers, financing proceeds, and recurring payments — using one consistent underwriting workflow. But underwriting is a judgment call, so nothing is ever locked in.
Every plan includes the full underwriting workspace. Credits are used only for new statement uploads.
1 credit = 1 monthly bank statement file, including every page in that file. Uploading a new file uses one credit. Opening, editing, reclassifying, recalculating, or re-running an existing imported statement does not use another credit.

Two quick things before your team gets going:
Your CashflowReviewer account is ready. Connect the Google Drive account your company wants to use for its mirrored backup.
The secure platform archive already works without Drive, so declining or a temporary Google error will not hide Statements or block underwriting.
